Articles about the research of myself and two collaborators on the global
theft of Kenyan Mijikenda memorial statues have appeared in the Christian
Science Monitor (March 2, 2006, ca. 800 words), the Daily Telegraph (London, February 18, 2006, ca. 520 words) and will appear in Kenya's Daily Nation newspaper (and likely others in process). In addition, within the past month, I completed interviews on this research for radio broadcast with "The World," a co-production of the BBC World Service , Public Radio International and WGBH Boston (40 minutes); NPR's All Things Considered (6 minutes), and on April 4, 2006, will complete another with "Outlook," a production of the BBC World Service, Bush House, London, England.
Since 2003, articles about our research have also appeared in USA Today,
as well as at least 3 local USA newspapers.
