3. Man with urologic problem:   This is a wonderful commentary on the state of the world: this man has what would be, in the United States or the Bahamas, a urologic problem readily remedied by surgery. Too bad he lives in Haiti, and has had to wander clinic to clinic with a suprapubic catheter in place. It was painful to note the accuracy of his t-shirt caption— it’s far, far better in the Bahamas— and his expression suggests that he’s just been told, once again, that there are no urologists around.
